Let me just start off by saying Nic and jack are absolutely incredible! My husband and myself refinanced for the first time and our one was a little complex… Nic and jack both took the time to explain everything to us in great detail so that we understood each step properly. Nicole has been amazing to work with. From a casual chat at a Thursday afternoon football training session, she knew my anxiety was high heading into the weekend to look at another potential house to buy. We exchanged details and I called her the next day. Nicole had a letter of eligibility that she bought to the home open the next day. Following this, she liaised with the agent, organised a conveyancer and the following fortnight we met at football to sign the mortgage documents. Nicole kept me informed through every step, more than happy to answer my questions and organise everything she could. 1 year ago to the day, when my partner an I were having the toughest of struggles in life and wanting to get out of the rent trap. Nicole made part of our lives that bit easier by doing everything and anything she could to help us purchase our first home. Including coming to view the home we were looking at purchasing when we had no one else to help us or give us the guidance we needed. We will forever be thankful and grateful, from Nicole answering our calls or emails or messages at all hours of the day and night. Being the most paitent lady in the world and explaining everything to us even when it took multiple times for us to understand it. We found Nicole not through a recommendation however from her putting herself out there and explaining to us her financial background and how she could help us, rather then trying to sell us a bank/product. From her first phone call I felt at ease and that this lady will take all the stress away from what was occurring in our lives to make buying our first home that bit easier. Where do I start 😊 not only did I get the most professional helpful advice and help to get me my own home after being laughed at by other brokers that don’t believe in me for being a single Mum. My wife and I have never used a mortgage broker before, but Nic was recommended to us by a family member. Nic reviewed our current mortgage to make sure it still met our needs and that we were getting the best possible deal. She explained the pros and cons of fixed vs. variable and how that could impact us as we head towards retirement. When there was a delay receiving documents from the lender, Nicole delivered them to us in person for us to sign so that it didn't hold up settlement. Nic also assisted our son to obtain finance for his first home. This was a complicated scenario as the size of the property is less than what most lenders will loan on. My experience with Nicole has nothing short but an amazing experience. I have no idea where to start in the beginning, all I know is that I wanted to upgrade my family house. Nicole helped me from the beginning, listening to all my stories and getting to know me and my family. She build trust with our family and soon we just left everything in her capable hands. Absolutely amazing service! Could not be happier with the outcome of our home loan. My wife and I have used several brokers previously but Nic from Freedom Financial Solutions is by far the best we have ever come across. Extremely professional and efficient service.
